Service Agreement

By engaging GreenScape Gardens for landscaping services, you agree to these terms and conditions. All services are provided subject to availability and weather conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may incur charges.

Liability

We carry full liability insurance and will repair any damage caused by our negligence. Client is responsible for marking underground utilities and providing access to work areas.

Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for 30 days from completion. Plant materials are warranted for one growing season with proper care.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York.

Chemical Applications

All chemical applications are performed by licensed applicators according to manufacturer guidelines. Client should keep children and pets away from treated areas as directed.

No Guarantee of Results

While we use industry best practices, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for plant growth, pest control, or weather-related damage.

Third-Party Services

We may recommend third-party services such as tree removal or electrical work. We are not responsible for the performance of third-party contractors.
